Terms, Conditions & Our Guarantee

We aim to provide you with the best value for money in Australia.
If your order is placed and paid for on the day preceding your nominated delivery date
the delivery will be made on the date of the business day requested and every effort
will be made to meet requests as to preferred times.
Same day delivery of orders is possible if your order is received by 11am on the delivery
day. In this case we would guarantee delivery by 5pm.

Every effort will be made to accomodate your special request for flower types and
colours but due to market variations and stock on hand  it may not always be possible
to accomodate your request entirely. If substitutions must occur, your order will still be
made to the full value of the floral gift.

Special delivery conditions apply to hospitals and we can only guarantee delivery to
the reception areas. To ensure a hospital patient receives your gift we suggest delivery
to a family member or friend of the patient.

Delivery is not available on Saturdays or Sundays (or public holidays).
All deliveries will be made Monday to Friday during normal business hours only.
Please consider this when placing your order.
Specific timed deliveries are not possible, even with advanced notice.
The only exception is floral tributes going to funeral services.
Our couriers do not contact the recipient prior to delivery.
However, it is important that you provide a contact number for the recipient so we can
contact them if delivery is not possible on the first attempt and the gift can't be left.
You may nominate for your gift to be left with a neighbour or in a safe place if required.
If no instructions are given the courier leaves a collection card and your gift is returned to us.
The recipient will then need to call us to arrange personal pick up or you will have to pay
for any subsequent re-delivery attempts.
